Ingredients:

  • 1 16-inch whole grain baguette, cut into 30 slices and toasted
  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped (1 ¾ pounds)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ tsp salt
